• Earn 1,000 or 2,000 leads targets with a direct mailer campaign for every fourth underwritten Medicare Supplement application during each month.
• 1,000 lead piece lead credit until December 31, 2020.
• 2,000 lead piece lead credit in select states until September 30, 2020.

Earn Cash Bonuses!

• Earn $100 for every underwritten Medicare supplement application with a minimum of five apps during each month from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 (will not restart after Sept 30, 2020.
• Earn $25 for every Supplemental Health app with a minimum of five apps during each month from July 1, 2020 to September 30, 2020 (will not restart after Sept 30, 2020. Excludes Final Expense policies).

The qualification period restarts at the first of every month.

All states are eligible for the $25 Supplemental Health incentive except for NY.

States eligible for the $100 and 1000 lead Medicare Supplement incentives are: AK, AL, AR, CT, DE, FL, GA, HI, ID, IL, IA, KS, KY, LA, MD, MS, MT, NE, NV, HM, NJ, NM, NC, OK, PA, SD, TX, UT, VT, and VA.

States eligible for the 2,000 lead Medicare Supplement incentive are: CA, CO, IN, ME, MI, MO, NV, OH, OR, RI, SC, TN, WI, WV, and WY.
