Commission system migration — What to know & expect

Starting later this month, Aetna is migrating their commission systems to streamline their commission payment process. Once complete, you’ll start receiving one combined commission statement for your Aetna and Coventry Medicare business, and you’ll be able to access your reports in one place.

To accomplish this system migration, there will be some temporary disruptions to reports, processing time for newly submitted contracts, and commission payments for new-to-Medicare enrollments only. Please review key dates and information to ensure you’re prepared.
