For Qualifying Agents

Qualifying Business is defined as Underwritten or Open Enrollment applications submitted during the Reward Period, issued and in force past the 30-day right to review period.  Controlled business (immediate family members, plan changes or internal replacements) does not qualify for this program.  This bonus payment will not be made on Guaranteed Issue sales.  NOTE: Anniversary Date sales in Missouri are treated as Guaranteed Issue sales.  Everest reserves the right to determine if any application submitted outside of the program dates qualifies.

Bonus payments will be made within 30 days after the conclusion of the program period.  Agents must be in good standing with Everest at the time of payout.  Everest is solely responsible for Direct Pay Agents and will bear all the costs associated with this Reward program.

Everest has no obligations to pay Licensed only Agents any of the costs or awards for any qualifying participant related to this Reward Program.

Everest, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to modify or change this promotion at any time.
