ARLIC and CHLIC Indiana

Effective July 1, 2020, all ARLIC and CHLIC Medicare supplement products will no longer be available in IN. All applications for ARLIC and CHLIC Medicare supplement products in IN must be signed by June 30, 2020 and must be in Cigna’s office by July 10, 2020.

2. Customer policy cannot be terminated for any reason other than nonpayment or the misrepresentation in the application for insurance. Cigna reserves the right to increase premiums on a class basis.
3. This is a discount program and is NOT insurance. This program is separate from your medical plan benefits.
