AMAC Broker Services is excited to offer new senior market products to ensure that you meet the needs of your clients while offering you the opportunity for a financially successful 4th quarter in 2016! The senior market niche is growing faster than any other, and most agents remain unaware of the growth potential in working with seniors.

As you assist your clients with navigating the ever-changing environment of Medicare, keep these important tips in mind to ensure the best AEP yet:

  1. Make sure you are fully contracted and that you have completed your Medicare certification, on-line certification, or any face-to-face training (if required). To sell Medicare Advantage products, you are required to complete the Medicare compliance, as well as the Fraud, Waste, and Abuse (FWA) training.
  2. Review compliance requirements to avoid violations.
  3. Review your current appointments, and call AMAC Brokers to inquire about our carriers and products.

Ask our experts about how you can grow your book of business in the senior insurance market. Our team and carriers can help you become an expert in the ancillary coverage needed by most seniors with coverage such as: Long Term Care, Final Expense, Medicare Supplements, Part D Coverage, under 65 health coverage, and Life & Annuity products.

The 2017 Annual Election Period (AEP) starts October 15, 2016 and runs through December 7, 2016. During this time, people will be looking for alternatives to their Medicare Advantage Plans. They also have the option of applying for Part D, Prescription Drug Plans that will go into effect on January 1, 2017. The cost of the PDP plans are directly related to the type of drugs prescribed. We want you to be the trusted advisor your clients turn to for questions about their senior insurance needs.
