We are happy to announce that the states of Alabama, Michigan, and Nebraska have approved Everest’s Medicare supplement plans with very competitive premium rates.

**Attached you will find all the associated solicitation forms for this state.  **

IMPORTANT: Sales CANNOT be solicited in Alabama, Michigan, and Nebraska** prior to Everest’s Official Rollout Date scheduled for April 1, 2017 (with E-Apps on April 3, 2017).**

Everest is in the process of adding this state to their Consumer website (www.everestre.com/medicaresupplement); building the associated E-App and rate quote tool; loading rates into the operating platform; submitting the forms to our Print/Supply vendor for loading into the “State Forms/Documents” website. These forms will be available on the website shortly:
